Abstract
In the article the features identify and clarify the pedagogical conditions of the definition and re-search of opportunities outside the organization of educational, health-saving, research work of stu-dents of rural schools, examples of definition of quality organizations outside of the educational, health-saving, research work of students of rural schools, revealed the possibility of a teacher-researcher in the formation of the need for identity, self-affirmation, self-realization, self-perfection as the resources and practices of inclusion of students of rural schools in non-academic, health-sparing, research work.
