THE DEVELOPMENT OF STUDENT VALUE ORIENTATIONS IN THE PROCESS OF THEIR SELF-STUDY

Abstract
This article deals with the research of possibilities formation and development of terminal values (purpose values) and instrumental values (individual character features) in the process of student self-study within the framework of higher school professional education. The research data of these value orientation groups from the student view point are given in this article including those especially vital for professional activities. The forms and the methods of self-study contributing to the development of value orientation, as well as, all-cultural, all-professional and professional competences of students in the system of higher school education are proposed in the article.
