CUSTOMER RELATIONSHIP MANAGEMENT IN THE LOGISTICS CHAIN

Abstract
In article relevance of management by relations with the client in logistic chains is proved. Features of Demand Chain Management are considered as the modern concept which has been customer oriented, the comparative analysis with the concept of Supply Chain Management is carried out it. Relevance of management by relations with intermediate consumers in a logistic chain is proved, the author's category "integration of a logistic chain on the basis of loyalty" is entered.
