Abstract
The study is devoted to studying the loyalty of the personnel, as well as its relation with value adjustments of organizational behavior. The aim of the study was to examine the personnel values, which are implemented in the professional field and in organizational behavior of the employees with different profiles personnel loyalty. The study involved 40 employees of a commercial bank (13 men and 27 women) aged 18 to 43 years.
