Abstract
In the article on the example of the late work of prominent domestic representative of enlightened conservatism A.S. Panarina in the civilizational context rvealed the idea of the conservative-liberal synthesis. Substantiates the thesis that broader in comparison with other synthetic potential of this idea in the political and cultural relations, and in this connection its special relevance.
