Abstract
Article focuses on the importance and role of physiology in the scientific establishment and development of the theory of knowledge (epistemology) and psychology. On the basis of developments in the theory of knowledge and physiology, a new approach in the resolution problems in psychological science. Put forward reasonable hypotheses.
