Abstract
The questions relating to evacuation through the Kursk province of Turkish prisoners interned in settlements of Voronezh and Tambov provinces, as well as eventual repatriation s these people. Particular attention is paid to the problem of borrowing among the captives a proper level of discipline and security of the local population.
