The value of any company is the experience, skills, knowledge, innovation workers. The economic success of a company depends on its ability to understand how human capital affects performance. Companies' competitiveness depends on the strategy and methods of recruitment, hiring, managing, developing and retaining the most effective talent. Methods of human capital management is a tool to achieve the business goals of the company.
