Abstract
The given work is devoted to the modern problems of attracting investments to the regions, which can be solved by creating the stable legislative foundation in our country. Statistical information demonstrates investment activity in Russia, its tendency, etc. Different investment potential approaches are examined in this work. Also it is shown the rating investment attractive regions in Russian Federation.
