Abstract
The author questioned the generally accepted definitions of basic concepts of political science and a number of economic theory. They conducted an in-depth analysis of the vast accumulation of knowledge and reality has led to unexpected results. It has proved negative role of power in all countries in the political education of the population. Were discovered the true causes of underdevelopment in many countries and the periodic crises of all kinds. The processes of development and all identified and the leading role of government.
